Booking terms

Please telephone us on 01692 651277 when you are ready to book. If there is no reply please leave a message and your telephone number. We will get back to you as soon as possible

A non-returnable deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking, and the balance should be paid by cheque made out to Mrs. K Barr, at least two weeks before the start date for the holiday.

In the case of last minute bookings, payment must be made in cash upon arrival.

We are sorry we do not have the facilities to accept Credit Cards. If you have a PayPal account you can use this to pay, once you have made your booking with us.

Click the link below, enter the amount to pay and put in your name, address and booking dates where it says "details for merchant".

We provide a free welcome pack for all our guests. Before you arrive we will contact you to find out your particular likes, dietary requirements and so on.

We will meet you on the day of your arrival to hand over the keys and show you round. Please aim to arrive at about 4pm (we will discuss timings a few days before you come). Checkout is by 10.30 am on your departure date (to enable us to make the cottage available for the next guests).
